Training and Awareness
To ensure relevant colleagues understand the risks and responsibilities associated with modern slavery:
- We provide targeted training to our Technical, Marketing and CSR teams, with a focus on procurement and
supplier engagement.
- All Directors and Senior Managers have been briefed on the implications of the Modern Slavery Act and our
internal procedures.
Monitoring and Effectiveness
We continuously monitor the effectiveness of our approach through:
- Supplier self-assessments and declarations every 3 years and continuously via the Sedex platform.
- Ongoing engagement with suppliers and business partners.
- Review of industry developments and best practice guidance.
- Reviewing of any reported incidents, audit outcomes, supplier feedback, and employee awareness.
Statement Approval
This statement is made in accordance with Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes RH
Amar’s Modern Day Anti-Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement for the year ending December 2025. It has been
approved by the Board of Directors and signed by the Managing Director.
