heat. Cooks&Co Diavulillo
containe aubergines,
borettane onions, sweet &
sour peppers, garlic & chilli
pepper. Perfect as a side
dish, appetizer or as part of
a grazing board.
Serves 4 | 10 Minutes

Jalapeños and Yellow
Banana Pepper 290g
These sliced Jalapeño
peppers are perfect for
adding spice & colour to
dishes. Traditionally used
in Mexican cuisine they are
a great addition to nachos
and salsas.
Blend 200g houmous with all but 4
grilled Borettane onions. Halve the
reserved onions, place on top, and
drizzle with balsamic glaze.
Red Pepper Houmous
Blend 200g houmous with 275g
roasted red pepper strips until smooth.
Chop the remaining peppers, sprinkle
on top, and drizzle with olive oil.
Borettane Houmous
Saporiso Houmous
Blend 200g houmous with all but 2
tbsp Saporiso. Sprinkle the reserved
Saporiso on top and garnish with
thyme leaves.
Cooks tip: Serve with toasted pitta
bread or vegetable crudites
