Tomato Fish Stew In Rich
Tomato Bisque
Cook 250 g mussels following pack instructions,
strain and keep mussels and juices aside. Heat
olive oil in a pan, soften 1 chopped onion, 1
celery stalk, and 2 garlic cloves for 2–3 minutes.
Add 400 g Mutti finely chopped tomatoes,
bring to a boil, then stir in mussel juices, a pinch
of cayenne, salt and pepper. Simmer for 10
minutes, blend and strain for a smooth bisque.
Return to heat, add 400 g seafood mix and
Mutti Flavoured Pizza Sauce cook for 10 minutes. Add mussels, 2 bay leaves,
